This Privacy Policy applies to the VeloConnect 3W mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "Application") developed and operated by Intute AI Technologies (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider").

The Application is a paid, subscription-based service. Access to the Application and its features is available only while a valid subscription is active.

Information Collection and Use

The Application collects information necessary to provide its functionality, ensure security, manage subscriptions, and improve service quality.

Automatically Collected Information

• Internet Protocol (IP) address
• Device model, manufacturer, and operating system
• Application version and build number
• App usage data (screens accessed, timestamps, session duration)
• Crash logs, diagnostics, and performance data

This information is used solely for analytics, troubleshooting, security monitoring, and improving the reliability and performance of the Application.

User Account Information (Signup & Login)

Users must create an account to use the Application. During registration and use, the following personal information is collected:

• Full name or username
• Email address
• Password (stored securely using industry-standard encryption and hashing)
• Phone number
• Vehicle registration number
• Vehicle name and related vehicle details

This information is used for:

• User authentication and account management
• Linking user accounts with vehicle data
• Providing dashboard and vehicle monitoring features
• Associating subscription access with user accounts
• Fraud prevention and security purposes
• Customer support and service communication

Location Data (Approximate Location)

The Application may collect approximate location data to enable map-based features and location-related functionality.

Location access is optional and can be enabled or disabled at any time through the device’s system settings. Disabling location access may limit certain features.

Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

The Application requires an active paid subscription to access and use its features. Without an active subscription, the Application remains inaccessible beyond the subscription screen.

The Service Provider does not offer a permanently free version of the Application. Access to the Application’s functionality is granted only while a valid subscription is active.

Payment Processing

• All subscription purchases, renewals, and cancellations are processed exclusively through Google Play Billing.
• The Service Provider does not collect, store, or process payment information such as card numbers, UPI details, or banking data.
• Google Play handles all payment authorization, recurring billing, and mandates in accordance with its own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

The Application only receives subscription status information (such as active, inactive, or pending) from Google Play in order to control access to the Application.

Subscription Management

Users may manage or cancel their subscriptions at any time via:

Google Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions

Canceling a subscription stops future renewals, but access remains available until the end of the current billing period.

Data Storage and Security

User data is securely stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure and the Service Provider’s secured backend systems.

The Service Provider implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including:

• Encrypted data transmission
• Secure authentication and access control
• Protected server infrastructure
• Regular system monitoring and maintenance

Third-Party Services

The Service Provider does not sell, rent, or trade personal user data to third parties.

The Application may rely on trusted third-party services strictly for operational purposes, including:

• Amazon Web Services (cloud hosting and storage)
• Google Play Billing (subscription payments)
• Map and location services

These service providers act only as data processors and are bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations.

Analytics and Diagnostics

The Application collects analytics and diagnostic data to:

• Understand usage patterns
• Improve features and performance
• Detect and resolve technical issues

Analytics data may be associated with user accounts for troubleshooting and service optimization.

Opt-Out Rights

Users may stop all data collection by uninstalling the Application using the standard uninstall process available on their device.

Data Retention Policy

Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to:

• Maintain active user accounts
• Provide Application services
• Comply with legal obligations
• Resolve disputes and enforce agreements

Account Deletion

The Application does not currently support in-app account deletion.

Users may request deletion of their account and associated personal data by emailing saatwik@intute.in from their registered email address.

Certain data may be retained if required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as security, fraud prevention, or regulatory compliance.

Children’s Privacy

The Application is not intended for use by children under the age of 13.

The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If such information is discovered, it will be deleted promptly.

Users must be at least 16 years of age to use the Application, or have parental consent where required by law.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page.

Continued use of the Application after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
